A B4 Tech productOne Platform.
Every Operation.
A connected operations platform helping financial institutions manage field activities, branch workflows, workforce administration and operational visibility.

Product screens shown with demonstration data. FieldArc was previously called FieldOS.
The problem
Disconnected Work. Connected Operations.
Microfinance institutions and cooperatives run their busiest work far from the branch office, and most of it still happens across phone calls, notebooks and separate systems.
- 01
Fragmented workflows
Field work, branch approvals, attendance and reporting live in different places, and every report is assembled by hand.
- 02
Limited field visibility
Branch managers learn what happened in the field at the end of the day, usually by phone.
- 03
Manual verification
Checking that a visit took place, or that a collection was recorded correctly, means follow-up calls and paperwork.
- 04
Branch and field apart
What the officer knows and what the branch sees are rarely the same information at the same time.
- 05
Too many systems
Staff records, leave, field work and branch operations are each managed in a separate tool or register.
Core capabilities
Every operation. One connected platform.
Each capability is part of the same system, shares the same records and respects the same access rules.
Field operations
Your Fieldwork. In Sync.
Daily work and task assignment
Officers see who to visit, why, and how much is due. Managers plan and assign the day's work.
Route planning and visit records
Officers order their visits on a map, and every visit is recorded with its purpose and outcome.
Maps configured with branch and centre locations
GPS-supported location evidence
Location is recorded when the phone provides it, shown as readable places, and only during working hours. Missing evidence is flagged.
Works with patchy connectivity
The officer app is designed to keep working without a connection and sync when the connection returns.
Branch control
Collection Accountability
Attendance and day-start check-in
Officers start the day with photo and location evidence. Branch managers review exceptions.
Office-network and face checks are optional, configured per branch
Field activity and branch monitoring
See the field as it happens during working hours, then replay an officer's day.
Collection review
Every recorded collection carries a server receipt number and is approved by a second person. Nobody approves their own.
Configurable cash handover
The branch confirms the day's cash against what was recorded in the field.
Optional, configured with your rules
Workforce and administration
Workforce Management
Employee administration
Staff records, organisation structure and a staff directory in the same platform as the work.
Set up from your staff data
Leave workflows
Leave requests and approvals on the phone, following your institution's leave policy.
Configured to your HR policies
Roles and access
Access by role, department and branch. Every role sees only what it needs.
Dashboards and reporting
Live dashboards for every role, standard reports, and CSV import and export.
Tagged capabilities are configured during implementation. Exact scope, modules and roles are agreed with each institution in writing.
How FieldArc works
From the field to head office, on the same record.
Information moves upward as work happens. Approvals stay with the right people.
- 1Mobile app
Field officer
- Sees the day's assigned work
- Starts the day with photo and location
- Records visits and collections
- Requests leave
Passes on: Visits, collections and attendance, as they are recorded
- 2Web dashboard
Branch manager
- Plans and assigns work
- Watches the field during the day
- Approves collections (maker ≠ checker)
- Reviews attendance and leave
Passes on: Approved, reviewed branch activity
- 3Web dashboard
Head office & monitoring
- Sees every branch in one place
- Monitoring reads across branches and raises flags
- Reports and workforce administration
The person who records a collection can never approve it. Monitoring staff can read and flag, but not change money records.
The real product
Built for the people who use it every day.

Full Nepali interface
Who it is for
For institutions whose work happens in the field.
Microfinance institutions
Centre meetings, member visits and collections across many branches, with head office needing one consistent view.
Cooperatives
Savings and credit cooperatives that want field staff, branch approvals and staff administration in one place instead of registers and calls.
Organisations with distributed field teams
Any institution that assigns daily field work, needs evidence of visits and wants attendance and leave handled in the same system.
Implementation and integration
Configured to your institution. Your CBS stays in charge.
FieldArc does not replace your core banking system. It is the operations layer around it.
No write-back. FieldArc does not post to the CBS.
Configured, not rebuilt
Branches, roles, approval rules, leave policy and locations are configured to how your institution already works. Custom development is agreed separately in writing.
Read-only CBS connection
Where an approved interface is available, FieldArc reads member, loan and schedule data from your CBS. It never posts to or changes the CBS.
Scope agreed up front
Integration depends on your CBS and the interfaces its provider allows. Each system is assessed first, and the scope is agreed before any commitment.
Supervised roll-out
Implementation starts with a defined set of branches, staff training and agreed acceptance checks before wider use.
