Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Bfour Tech Pvt. Ltd. (“B4 Tech”, “we”, “us”), a technology company registered in Nepal (Reg. No. 397455/83/84) and based in Kathmandu, Nepal.

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you use the contact or FieldArc demo form, or email or call us, we receive details such as your name, email address or phone number, organisation and the message you send.

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics may record basic technical information — for example your browser type, device and approximate region — to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss potential work and maintain a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

If you apply for a position, we receive the details in the application form and your CV. We use them only to assess your application and contact you about it. Applications are delivered to a restricted company inbox, are not shared outside B4 Tech, and CVs are never published or stored at a public link.

We do not ask for citizenship documents, bank details or similar personal documents when you apply. If you are not selected, we delete your application within 6 months unless you ask us to keep it for future openings. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate the site (such as website hosting and email delivery), and only to the extent needed to provide those services. We may disclose information where required by law.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is relevant to our relationship, then delete it. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time.
